Daniel Eilola is the Producing Artistic Director of Lake Worth Playhouse, a nonprofit theater in Palm Beach County, Florida. Since joining the organization in 2012, he has served in Development and as Black Box Series Producing Director before assuming his current role in 2019. He oversees artistic programming, production planning, and the hiring and coordination of creative teams across mainstage productions, the Stonzek Studio’s Black Box series, as well as special events and new works initiatives. 

His experience encompasses season selection, budgeting, casting, artist development, and the practical demands of producing theater within a nonprofit organization. He also supports new-work development through the Playhouse’s Square One program.

Eilola’s artistic approach emphasizes curiosity, a breadth of perspectives, and theater’s capacity to engage actors and audiences with relevant issues. He brings to grant review a working producer’s understanding of artistic ambition, organizational capacity, and service to the community.
