The goals seem extremely broad and not necessarily connected to your organization.   Almost seem like goals for a local arts council.  In my opinion, and it's just my opinion, your goals seem be more connected to your mission.  The mission is very clear.   My question is why does this event take place at Merritt Island?  What's the connection?  Is there a connection?  Not sure if your activities for goal 2 are appropriate for the goal?/  IF you are advancing FLorida as a cultural destination, why don't your activities include bringing out of state visitors to your festival?

Is it really important to measure that 80% will have knowledge of your event?   Wouldn't it make better sense that a deeper understand of Native American Peoples should be assessed? 

In your timeline, I didn't see any schedule for evaluation.  Demographics is pretty much a description of the area.  Would like info on the population, per capita income, age, race, education.

Would like to know how students participate in the Cultural Exhibition? Does the exhibition travel to schools? Please briefly explain a Walking with Wisdom workshOp?

Save the Date cards - good idea to post on fridge. Promotion of festival through school district - nice touch; how are you using social media to reach younger audiences?

Is your organization managing fiscally year to year?  Do you have reserves?  An endowment?  What happens if you lose 50% of your sponsors?  

Evaluation is okay.  Most people will like an event or activity, but how are you collecting more specific information?  What have you learned from evaluations?

Additional operating budget remarks - good

Proposal budget - good  "Research into innovations...is an ongoing objective of the staff..."  But there is no staff.  This is confusing.
