EXCELLENCE: Detailed, thorough program description; Excellent integration of digital  mediums; Thorough detail on goals, but would like to see  quantitative benchmarks throughout objectives (i.e.,  how will the completion and success of these objectives be determined?);  Strong list of statewide partnerships.

IMPACT: Excellent reach, nationwide participation; Great detail in addressing statewide demographics served, would like to see a source/citation for this data; Would like to see  quantitative detail on economic impact of the organization (Americans for the Arts Economic Prosperity Tool);  Measurable, varied marketing plan.

MANAGEMENT: Proven fundraising track record; Excellent fiscal condition narrative, would only add award amounts for the grants listed; Thorough, detailed evaluation infrastructure--great survey response rate; Would like more detail on budget increases on the expense side.

ACCESSIBILITY: Varied accommodations for protected populations; Thorough, thoughtful programs for inclusion of diverse socioeconomic communities. Would like to see more information on the program which serves students with learning disabilities. Wonderful to see a collaboration with Karen Peterson Dancers.
