Goals: The first sentence of each goal is what I would consider the goal, the rest is narrative explaining the goal. Would suggest starting with more information on the organization, then going into goals, objectives and activities so that there is context. 

Activities: These should be more specific on how you are reaching the objectives, right now they are very vague in nature. 

Partnerships: These seem more like performances for a fee, and less like partnerships. In exchange for your performances, what are each of these organizations offering in exchange? Is it financial? Facebook offers the platform to raise funds, but there is no real partnership there.

Timeline: Needs more detail. Nothing about programming, how you will achieve this timeline, etc. 

Demographics: Didn't complete the demographics section under Impact.

Economic Impact: Would use the Arts & Economic Prosperity 5 Calculator from Americans for the Arts to determine economic impact. In this section you spoke more about fundraising then what impact you are providing to the communities economy.

Education Activities: Where is summer program held? How many children are reached in clinics and in summer program? Is there a price for any of this programming?

Marketing: For Facebook you speak about the live streamed concert, but would like to know more about your digital marketing strategy and your reach, impressions and engagement on social media. Giving Tuesday mentioned again in this section and does not tie to marketing.

Evaluation: This data is qualitative in nature, do you gather any quantitative data (surveys)? Would be helpful to hear from your audience. 

Budget: No detail provided on deficit in previous year, lower expenses in current fiscal year, and increase on revenues for current fiscal. Why is funding year budget a decrease from next fiscal year in your full operating budget? Your revenues for next fiscal year should match expenses.

Accessibility: No policies and procedures or staff member for accessibility compliance. More detailed accessibility plan in regards to your performance locations.
