Pictures and video were helpful.  I was concerned about your outreach, diversity and community commitment then I saw the videos that perhaps affirmed that commitment. Next time I would suggest that those efforts as it relates to diversity and inclusion be fully spelled out in the application so that there is no confusion.

i find aspects of this request vague and financially i question if it is possible for the city to offer more support given the waterfront nature

Part of a $ 2million renovation.  I like that the facility serves a large percentage of underserved minority children.
Kynes Deborah - Score: 87.000
One thing I am confused about, was the Berlinsky House built in the late 20’s.. they mentioned that this was a 91 years old landmark..?
Mayo Heather - Score: 80.000
Minimal concerns about the organization's fiscal stability; there was no contingency listed in the proposal budget within the application but updates from the applicant indicated how they will address changes if they occur. Weak evidence within the application that the use of the facility is 85% cultural programming.
Miller Alix - Score: 93.000
While the facility is not currently being used due to the condition of the building, I would have liked examples of prior programming to better understand the history of use. ADA compliance updates are vital for better access.

good letter of support. No donors. High ask.
Williams Pat - Score: 75.000
The application does not  provide evidence that the Berlinsky House has been or  will be used as a cultural facility 85% of the time dedicated to arts and cultural programming production and administration.
