| A solid overall form, though more on your evaluative processes across all aspects of the museum and its operations would be appreciated. Congratulations on the wide diversity and innovative programming your museum is offering. Well done! | |

| I love your programs that target diverse and underserved populations. Many of which I have never seen before - Diving with a Purpose - (At risk African American SCUBA Diver Student group). I am impressed by your virtual exhibitions online with interactive 3D models and searchable databases. | |

budget: dramatic change in expenses from 2021-22?; big surplus in 23? |

Staff and board diversity are better than many other museums in this category. Why are expenses expected to drop substantially in the coming year but income to follow this year's trend? |

| Great potential for promoting Florida local and world history and culture, artifacts, the importance of maritime archeology and interdisciplinary research. Important international and national partnerships. | |

Goals are clearly stated, objectives are measurable. Benefits of partnerships are described in great detail, and organization creates meaningful and impactful partnerships. Impact: Unique collections that speak to under-represented populations. Inform visitors about the often overlooked history and impact of minority groups in U.S. history. Numerous free offerings, and a Blue Star museum participant. Board and staff demographics demonstrate a commitment to diversity and to the populations native to the area. Track record: Demonstrated ability to overcome deficit, financial stability through reserves, strong history.
