-Very moving portrait of veterans by someone not traditionally welcomed into that community - creating a bridge for Americans of different backgrounds and viewpoints to better know and see each other as individuals.

Impact: 32

-Plan to screen and distribute through VA

-Printed material distributed through gvmt channel

-Veterans is an audience that I appreciate is being addressed specifically for and to them.

-G. Project Proposal Budget - Project Proposal - show examples of successfully completed projects was a repeat of D. Individual Artist Project. This may have been a cut and paste mistake, but I would have liked to know more about successful past completed projects to help determine the impact.

Project description is detailed and clearly communicated. Goals could be better identified, as it is, it sounds like they have already achieved their goals, in which case, it would strengthen the app to communicate what goals this next phase of the project would driven by. Objectives would be strengthened. Project activities lists the full scope of the project.

Impact reach and access thoughtfully explained. One thing that is unique is how the production of this project is helping to overcome stereotypes and mixing identity groups that stereotypically are not thought of as mixing.

Regarding the budget, it’s not clear why so much is attributed to video production, when the applicant said they have already recorded all the video and were requesting funds to pay for the editing… Also why is a videographer required in this case; a substantial amount of the costs  outlined in the budget does not match the need that was described in the proposal.

Work samples are strong; the video looks great and the content has impact.

Ponce Libbi - Score: 90.000
more work samples of previous work like a portfolio would help the support materials. Some text repeats, which isn't great for the application.
