He describes his project as being completed withing 6 years, which is longer than permitted by the grant… I understand this is part of a larger project, it could be clearer what he hopes to complete with these funds within the permitted time period. Also, has he spoke with the Capitol about donating the works, a letter of interest would be helpful.

In partnerships it’s helpful he lists institutional interest in presenting the body of work he is building through this project. Also the nature of the institutions he’s listed is diverse, which suggests, in addition to public facing aspects of the projects working site specifically, help to appeal to a broad and diverse audience.

It could strengthen this app if the parks he intends to visit had been selected and there were letters of support from the parks, with the possibility for public engagement initiatives acknowledged. However, the fact that this is part of a continuing project, which is well documented to demonstrate the artist’s ambitions are achievable and they are well positions to be successful.
