I appreciate that this artist is self taught, but looking at the support material and artist's website, it does not have the high level of quality as most professional artists I observe in Florida in my role as curator, or compared to other application in this pool of applicants.

-No CV, nor history of exhibitions provided.

-The PDF under resume of key people was an an artwork with a QR code, which did not lead to a CV. I even looked for one on the artist's website.

-This seems as if this is a very new artist, which I applaud. But, compared to other professional artists in Florida, and in particular the strong applications in this review, the request of 25K seems disproportionate to the artist's track record. If they are emerging and trying to gain traction, I suggest asking for a smaller amount and seed money to work towards having a solid track record over time.

Project description is clear, goals could be strengthened – reading more like objectives; there is some repetition in goals and objectives.

Project activities outline broad strategies to reach diverse audiences. Is there a timeline for this exhibition & program? It would strengthen the app to include that in the project activities section as well.

In response to impact: reach question 12, given you describe streaming on YouTube, it would be helpful to go into some detail on that in response to this question – what is your plan to making content available online?

I have read “there is no preliminary agreement in place” a couple times throughout the app, is there uncertainty about whether the exhibition and program is confirmed?

Support materials could be strengthened: bio submitted rather than CV; good that a letter of support from MoCCA is included, consider including documentation of workshops you have given, installation shots that feature your work installed in public venues.
