I would like to have seen the project objectives better align with the project goals, and relate more to increases or improvements that would help achieve those goals. I would also like to have seen more support materials documenting the project activities.

Please upload your marketing materials from previous years, any press you received from previous years, and surveys that you indicate you are administering. This is the area that your application could be most strengthened. I'm really excited to see new initiatives this year that improve access to library services, such as the group home card, access for the farmworker community, wifi hotspots, elimination of overdue fines and new branch outreach specialists.

I am currently working with Gabrielle Baco and Christine Lindler on a project with the Zora Neale Hurston Festival. They are sponsoring one of the speakers for Zora's birthday celebration at one of the Orange County Libraries with funds from this grant (MBBC). One of the speakers they propose to get here, will be their donation to our event.
