I would like to have seen the project objectives better align with the project goals, and relate more to increases or improvements that would help achieve those goals. I would also like to have seen more information about each partnership. The activities and evaluation are well described. The support materials are well chosen and presented.

Great to see such a strong commitment to getting poetry into so many pockets of the Jacksonville/Duval community.

  • H@H serves an impressive number of members of the public, including youth, nursing home residents, youth in recovery, veterans and unhoused people. The partnerships are extensive. Great job!
  • H@H could easily improve their application next year by completing the Section 504 Workbook or abbreviated checklist and by uploading compelling support materials such as press clippings, survey responses or support letters.
  • I would love to see poetry facilitators who have degrees in English or creative writing and/or publications in reputable poetry journals.

Same questions as previous applicant: Where will funds come in the future to cover salaries?
