Love to see your embrace of Miami artists an technicians. This is providing much needed performing art opportunities to Wynwood. Training technicians is so smart and helps elevate all forms of performance-based art in South Florida. Thank you for including this in your proposal. Partnerships and marketing plan is strong. |

Applicant providers a strong narrative in support of "Excellence" section of application. Again, applicant provides compelling evidence for impact. Applicant provides strong evidence in evaluation and fiscal understanding. Kudos to the grant writer. This is a top-shelf application! |

It is difficult to imagine that of more than 16,000 people served, they all live in Miami-Dade. It would be useful to understand where else your participants live so that reviewers are able to better understand impact. The Arts & Economic Prosperity calculator could be useful to help articulate economic impact. Considering Hispanics/Latinos comprise at least 25% of your participants, it would be useful to address language in the Accessbility section. |

The proposal is well organized and well written. It would be strengthened, however, by including measurable objectives, e.g. what are the desired outcomes of the interactions between artists-in-residence, local artists and audiences; what measurable objectives do you hope to accomplish through your technical theater training (which is a great program component, by the way)? Qualitative impact statements are provided but the proposal lacks quantitative data in this regard. (Use the Americans for the Arts economic prosperity calculator for this, if no proprietary data is available.) Strong evaluation plan. |
