Even though we are quite a ways out from 2019, I appreciated that you had an idea of what you would offer. I would like to see your year-over-year growth. Your total individuals benefitting seems low for St. Petersburg. What can you add to your management and evaluation plans to see that you are attracting more people each year? |

Applicant does a good job of identifying goals and objectives. I would like to see more detail on the relationship of the partners. I am having a little trouble discerning the impact and activities of EMIT from the St. Petersburg Jazz Festival. I, therefore, am struggling to score the impact section of grant Applicant shows evidence of fiscal stability. |

I imagine there are attendees from throughout Tampa Bay and beyond; it would be helpful for you to include those in the counties served section. | |

Strong partnerships through St. Petersburg College, and with other local organizations. Measurable outcomes, e.g, audience satisfaction with artists, facilities and marketing, and artist impressions of the St. Petersburg Jazz Festival vs other festivals, would strengthen the proposal. Strong impact on African-American students via workshops at Boys and Girls Club. |

Goals are clear. Objectives should be clear measurable targets Partnerships could be more detailed to provide context of community partners Timeline is not at all detailed Economic impact is quantified by Americans for the Arts Strong educational information Would be better to include possible or past artists to inform reader of artistic quality Marketing shows breadth. Quantification (of social media or email list) would give reader context in this section. Fiscal condition seems good with solvency for 21 years Evaluation plan - good that it surveys audience and artists Comprehensive accessibility |
