Garren Cynthia - Score: 94.000

support for Parker Playhouse programs; free children's shows; multi-cultural, dance, Broadway concerts, comedy, music - varied and diverse programming

would like more detail with partners; more description of the partnerships;

evaluation - no audience participation?  what are the results of some of your evaluations?

Budget info - good explanation on the budget and the proposal budget;

Parker - 90% earned income!  Terrific!!!

Countdown to Kindergarten - excellent program and community event

Foundation BOard is very large; good support materialsn but why no videos?

ADA - Parker staff received Kenndy Center ADA Emerging Leader Award

Timeline - short and not much detail

Staff - would have liked info in support materials on staffing

Hart Mark - Score: 93.000
  • A more-detailed timeline (e.g., monthly or quarterly benchmark goals) shows a planned and organized forecast for the grant request. (I’m sure you must have one. It would strengthen the grant.)
  • A strong endowment and reserves in place that appear to come from consistent and multiple revenue streams.
  • Ticket revenue is 88% of the project revenue. That is usually high in comparison to many other organizations and industry standard. But, congrats on that!
  • No in-kind appears within the operating and project budget. Marketing dollars, it seems, could be leveraged to elicit in-kind, added marketing.
  • Please include ADA symbols within your marketing material, as strongly recommended by the State.

Mazer Gross Barbara - Score: 91.000

Your goal would make a more powerful mission statement than the one you have listed: "providing world-class performances and transformative educational experiences for South Florida’s diverse audiences and contributing to the overall economic development of the community."

Timeline section could use more detail

Impact section is very compelling

Good detail on marketing

Significant dip in budgeted revenues for current season over last season
