Some of your programming, without the reasoning stated, leaves me questioning your focus.
Example: 1 Million Cups. How does it support your mission? OK - I get a film effort needs to expand from their demographic to bring people into the fold. You are doing a lot of that, how are you measuring the results? Need more information on economic impact. It is crucial to the continued arts funding. For every dollar of your budget that is spent what is the yield and economic impact within the community and in what significant areas? Follow through with presenting this information to our legislative representatives is as important.

Good proposal, great work happening. Curious to the plans of creating long range sustainability as new technologies arise and consumers have more access as well ass keeping up with capacity to support all the other offerings. |
