• Congrats on an annual event that reaches many sectors of the Palm Beach County, and serves as a viable tourist attraction.
• Kudos for offering hands-on opportunities and scholarship to students (e.g., on-stage and technical support training + the Pathfinder scholarship).
• This proposal was an improvement over the FY2019-20 submission. The Operating Budgets are more intact. Are there in-kind values to report?  
• Weather is a concern (contingencies seem to be in place). What are some of the non-weather dependent sources of revenue to be explored, as mentioned within your long-term planning narrative?

Goals and objectives are in alignment with the mission (although they actually seem to expand the mission further - in a positive way, with opportunities for local organizations and for students.)

Curious why the business (hotel) partnerships are not represented and discussed in the partner section.

Would like to know more about how the festival and related activities impacts the community in addition to the economy (although the economic question is certainly strong.)
